Dear User,
Before you officially start the AdsPower account deletion process, we provide you with the following special explanation: After your AdsPower account is deleted, we will delete or anonymize your personal information under such AdsPower account unless otherwise specified by laws and regulations or this Agreement. Related accounts previously associated with such AdsPower account will no longer be linked. Once the deletion of such AdsPower account is completed, it cannot be restored. Please proceed with caution.
If you still decide to delete this AdsPower account after careful consideration, you must carefully read and fully understand this AdsPower Account Deletion Agreement (this "Agreement") and agree to all contents hereof, especially the disclaimer and limitation clauses (such as Clause 2 and Clause 4.2) as well as dispute resolution and jurisdiction clauses (Clause 5.2 and Clause 5.3). The foregoing clauses may be brought to your attention by bold text, color marking or other reasonable means.This Agreement is concluded between you and SUNFLOWER TECH PTE. LTD. (hereinafter referred to as"AdsPower" or "we") and shall have contractual effect. You shall be deemed to have agreed to and complied with all contents of this Agreement if you start the deletion process in accordance with our official procedures, or if you check this deletion agreement and proceed to the next step.
If you need to use our services again after deletion, you are welcome to register and log in again.
1. Definitions
Account: means the account you registered on the AdsPower platform.
Associated Team: means the AdsPower team with which you are associated as a "Creator" or "Member". Your account may be associated with multiple teams.
Account Deletion: means the permanent deletion of your personal account. If you are the creator of a team, deleting your account will also permanently delete the team you created and all its data.
For other definitions, please refer to the AdsPower Team Deletion Agreement.
Third-party Account: means third party platform accounts bound through your AdsPower account, including Google account, Facebook account, VK account, etc.
2. Consequences You Shall Bear After Account Deletion
You acknowledge and agree that after your AdsPower account is deleted, the following consequences (including but not limited to) may arise, and you shall bear them on your own:
2.1 Termination of Account Functions and Services
(1) You will no longer be able to log in or use such account, and all functions dependent on such account (including browser fingerprint configuration, multi-account management, automation scripts, etc.) will become permanently invalid.
(2) Deletion will result in the deletion of the entire team; member accounts created by the team will be deleted synchronously, and all team data and team member account data will be deleted without access or recovery. For detailed rules and consequences of team deletion, please refer to the AdsPower Team Deletion Agreement.
(3) Clearing of browser environment and information: All browser environments created under this account (including fingerprint configurations, proxy settings, etc.) will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
(4) Unbinding of third-party accounts: All third-party accounts bound to this account will be unbound automatically and need to be registered and bound again.
(5) Clearing of wallet balance and credits: The wallet balance, credits, etc. in this account and team member accounts will be cleared and cannot be restored. If there is still a wallet balance in the account before applying for deletion, you may contact AdsPower official customer service to assist you in transferring it to another account.
(6) Non-refundable package fees: For any purchased but unexpired package services of this account and team member accounts, the remaining fees will not be refunded and the benefits will become invalid automatically.
2.2 Deletion or Anonymization of Personal Information
Except as otherwise specified by laws and regulations or this Agreement, your personal information under the account (including but not limited to account information, browser fingerprint configuration records, usage logs, login IP addresses, etc.) will be deleted or anonymized. You will no longer be able to retrieve or request restoration of such information.
Exception: If your account has been banned or subject to other measures due to violation of national laws and regulations or the AdsPower User Agreement (including Privacy Policy, etc.), we may retain data related to such violation (such as operation logs, device fingerprint records) for up to 3 years to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other users. During the retention period, such data will only be used for necessary purposes such as compliance review, dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
2.3 Irreversibility of Account
Once an account is deleted, even if you register again with the same registered mobile phone number, email address or identity information, the new account will be regarded as a brand‑new user and will not be associated with the original account in any way.
We kindly remind you: Before applying for deletion, be sure to export and save data to be backed up (such as browser fingerprint configurations, automation scripts, login credentials, etc.) in advance.
2.4 Termination of User Agreement and Continuation of Liability
Deletion of this account will result in the termination of the User Agreement, Privacy Policy and other relevant agreements signed between you and AdsPower (except for clauses that have been agreed to remain in effect). Liabilities arising from your use of the services before deletion (such as liability for breach of contract, compensation for damages caused by violation of agreements) will not be exempted due to account deletion, and you shall still bear corresponding consequences in accordance with the law.
2.5 Other Possible Consequences
You shall bear any other consequences arising from account deletion (such as interruption of third-party service connections) on your own.
2.6 Special Notes on Team Accounts
(1) Each team allows only one Super Administrator account (except under special circumstances).
(2) Actions of the Super Administrator regarding the creation, modification and deletion of team member accounts shall be deemed as authorization for team management. AdsPower shall not be liable for internal team management disputes.
(3) The Super Administrator shall be solely liable for the loss of team data and member account data caused by the Super Administrator’s deletion of the team account.
3. Conditions for Account Deletion
You understand and agree that you may initiate the deletion process only if you are the creator (i.e., Super Administrator) of a team. Before applying for deletion, you shall ensure that your account and its associated teams meet all of the following conditions:
3.1 Basic Account Status
(1) Account Ownership: The account is legally owned and actually used by you in compliance with the User Agreement and platform rules.
(2) Bound Information: The account has been bound with a valid email address or mobile phone number.
(3) Security Status: No abnormal sensitive operations in the recent 14 days (such as password modification, bound information change, etc.), no risk of account theft, and the account is not under violation ban or restriction.
3.2 Team Association and Identity (Core Conditions)
(1) Unique Association: Your account is associated with one and only one team.
(2) Creator Identity: You are the creator (i.e., Super Administrator) of such sole associated team.
(3) Unique Super Administrator: There is one and only you as the Super Administrator in such team.
3.3 Team Business Status
(1) Package Status: The team package has expired or the team is a free team.
(2) Auto-renewal: The team has not activated auto-renewal service.
(3) Asset Cleared: The team wallet balance is zero.
3.4 No Pending Disputes
The account and team are free of any unresolved complaints, investigations, arbitrations, lawsuits or other legal disputes.
4. How to Delete Your Account
4.1 Deletion Process
Account deletion: You need to submit a cancellation request through the "Account Settings - Cancel Account" function in the AdsPower official desktop client and strictly follow the operation instructions.
4.2 Agreement Confirmation and Condition Verification
You shall have read and agreed to all contents of this Agreement and confirmed that all conditions set forth in Clause 3 are satisfied.
4.3 After you complete the verification in Clause 4.2 above, click the Confirm Deletion button, and the account will enter a 3-day deletion cooling-off period.
4.4 Deletion Review and Cooling-off Period Mechanism
Cooling-off Period: means the 3-day revocable period after you submit the deletion application.
Restore during cooling-off period: You may log in to your account at any time using the original login method (bound mobile phone number / email address) to cancel the deletion application.
After cooling-off period: If you do not cancel voluntarily, we will verify whether you meet part or all of the deletion conditions set forth in Clause 3 of this Agreement. If we verify, we reserve the right to comprehensively judge whether your account meets the deletion conditions based on your account security status, usage of relevant products and services, and other factors. To protect your account security and property rights, we reserve the right to conduct identity verification for the deletion application to confirm you are the authorized user of the account.
If we find after comprehensive judgment that the account does not meet the deletion conditions, or identity verification fails, your deletion may fail. You may follow our guidelines for subsequent operations or contact platform customer service for assistance. Even if we judge that the account meets the deletion conditions, such judgment is only a formal review based on your commitment (i.e., your own commitment to ensure the account meets the above deletion conditions). You shall be solely responsible for ensuring the account meets the above deletion conditions, and we shall not bear corresponding legal liabilities therefor.
4.5 We will complete the verification and processing of your deletion application within 3 working days.
You understand and agree that before deleting or anonymizing personal information under such account, we need a certain period to sort out and process the personal information under such account to the maximum extent to protect the legitimate rights and interests of you and other users. Therefore, there may be a certain delay in our deletion or anonymization of personal information under such account.
5. Others
5.1 Effectiveness of the Agreement
This Agreement forms an integral part of the User Agreement. Matters not covered herein shall be governed by the User Agreement. In case of any conflict with the User Agreement, this Agreement shall prevail. Account deletion shall not exempt you from liabilities you shall bear in accordance with laws, regulations and platform rules.
5.2 Governing Law
This Agreement and any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, its subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
5.3 Dispute Resolution Clause
The parties agree that any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including without limitation the formation, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, termination or invalidity thereof, shall be finally settled by arbitration submitted to the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the SIAC Arbitration Rules in force at the time of arbitration. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore, and the language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitral award shall be final and binding on both parties.
